The Hiding Place

Now, this is not about that wonderful book by Corrie Ten Boom. This is about a literal hiding place.

If I can't find Andrew anywhere--this is where he is:

This is our small pantry situated right off the kitchen. He goes into the fridge, takes something out, then hides in the pantry to eat it. Here is a list of some of the things that he has eaten in said pantry:
  • Feta Cheese (This is our daily battle. He LOVES feta cheese!)
  • Brown Sugar (right out of the container!)
  • White Sugar (same as brown sugar...)
  • Cream Cheese Frosting (doesn't even use a spoon! Just a finger!!)
  • Peanut Butter
  • Butter (holds on with both hands and takes a big bite!)
  • Raisins
  • Carrots (whole and unpeeled...)
  • Apples
  • Chocolate Frosting
  • Chocolate Chips
  • Bread
  • Popcorn kernels (yes, whole and unpopped)
  • Coconut Pudding (poured it all over his pants while trying to open it...)
  • Soy milk
  • Crackers
  • Frozen blueberries (yes, this is NOT a pretty sight!)
  • Leftovers (chili and red beans really made a mess in there one day)
  • Tortillas
  • Pickles (however, this one was a bit foiled, since he couldn't open the jar.)
The list goes on. This kid is impressive. You'd think I never feed him...
